Services

48-Hour Website provides fast-turnaround website design and setup services based on the scope agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines assume:

• Required content is provided on time

• No major scope changes during the build

Delays caused by missing content or late feedback may extend delivery.

Scope of Work

Each project includes only what is clearly defined in the service description or agreed upon in writing.

Requests outside the original scope may require:

• Additional fees

• Timeline adjustments

Service Delivery Model

48-Hour Website operates as a hosted, subscription-based service.
We do not provide standalone website files, codebases, or self-hosted 

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate content and assets

• Confirm you own or have rights to all materials provided

• Review deliverables promptly

You are responsible for the final approval of your website.

Payments & Refunds

• Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise stated

• Due to the fast-turnaround and custom nature of the service, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started

• If an issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it fairly

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

• No prorated refunds for partial billing periods

• Cancellation stops future billing, not past charges

Ownership & Usage Rights

All websites built as part of the 48-Hour Website subscription are provided as a licensed service, not a one-time sale.

What this means:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website while your subscription is active

• The website is hosted and maintained as part of the service and is not provided as a standalone, transferable asset

• We are not required to export, transfer, or support hosting the website outside of our platform

Your content:

• You retain full ownership of all content and assets you provide (copy, logos, images, branding)

• You confirm that you have the rights to use all materials you submit

Our work:

• The website structure, layouts, design system, and underlying build remain the property of 48-Hour Website/Artfully Graphic

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

Subscription end:

• If the subscription is canceled or expires, access to the hosted website may be removed

• Continued access requires an active subscription

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Specific business results

• SEO rankings

• Conversions or sales

Website performance depends on many factors beyond design.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 48-Hour Website is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate.

Optional Asset Transfer

At our discretion, we may offer a one-time website transfer or asset handoff for an additional fee.

Any such transfer must be agreed to in writing and does not include ongoing support or hosting.
